This wellness weekend offers a "smorgasbord" of nourishing activities.

Claire Haugh is a Hatha Yoga teacher, Shiatsu Practitioner & Somatics Coach. She is also a Practitioner & Senior Trainer of Transformational Breath®.​

Michael Blake is a retired photographer and trained originally in Rebirthing. He is now a Practitioner & Senior Trainer of Transformational Breath®.

Together we will offer a variety of activities to refresh and replenish you. 

• Gentle Yoga and Somatics to unwind the body's nervous system

• Breathing exercises for * Balancing   * Energising   and   *Calming

• Guided facilitated breath sessions with hands-on gentle pressure
• River walks (and river swimming for those more adventurous)

• Mindfullness/Meditation practices to access higher levels of awareness

 

Many of us experience "burn out" in our lives. Maybe you are a busy parent or care for elderly parents. Perhaps your professional life is challenging right now. This "ideal getaway" is a precious opportunity for you to find your flow, come back to balance, and feel renewed and resourced on every level of your being.
