• Many of us do not use our full lung capacity.

• Different breathing exercises can both calm & energise us.

Although we may not be be able to control all the elements of the environment around us, breathing  is KEY to how we manage the circumstances of our life. Becoming mindful of breathing more effectively creates benefits in our day-to-day living: * more energy, better sleep, enhanced immune system, healthier heart & lungs, detoxification & more.

This One-Day Workshop will include...

* Short talk to explain the importance of diaphragmatic breathing

* “Easy-to-Learn” breathing exercises: e.g. Box Breath & Coherent Breath

* Breathing Analysis Demo to show how we all have a "Breathing Pattern"

* Time to explore the lunch options in Gorey's many cafés (your own €)

* Deeper exploration into why we have restrictions in our breathing

* Full guided breath session for 1 hour, with hands-on facilitation

* Feedback, Q&A, Tea & Snacks before you go home... inspired,,,!
