Nadja Benschop is a Medical Doctor and Master of Science in Pharmaceutical Medicine. She is also an international Senior Trainer in Transformational Breath® and Trainer of Facilitators.
Venue: Quinta Carvalhas is set in the middle of a magical landscape of orange trees, olive groves and a pool by the house. The food is fabulous & vegetarian. You can experience "Horse Therapy" and avail of an on-site massage therapist.
The venue is less than 90 minutes by easy public transport from Lisbon Airport.
Full-Board Accommodation: Rooms are twin occupancy and very comfortable. All meals and tea breaks are included with special dietary needs catered for.
